Every US worker deserves to know what companies actually pay. Unlike self-reported salary sites, every figure on TruthWage comes from a document an employer filed with the US federal government under penalty of law.
Where the Data Comes From
We combine three official US government data sources: DOL PERM (green card) labor certifications, DOL LCA (H-1B) Labor Condition Applications, and the BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics survey. Together they show what employers declared and how that compares to the broader market.
